Self discovery is the end product of a great challenge mastered, when the mind commands the body to do the seemingly impossible, when courage and strength are summoned to extraordinary limits for the sake of something outside of the self-a principle, an onerous task, another human life. — Kurt Hahn

Dear Mr. Diliberto and Staff: Just a note to thank you for the wonderful experience that you, your staff and Clark Sports Center offered my students on Friday, April 13, 2007. I have been bringing my Outdoor Recreation class to Clark for 5–6 years; this was truly the best adventure the students have ever been offered. — Tina I. Fahringer, Coordinator of Recreation & Leisure Services at Mohawk Valley Community College
