8:00am to 6:00pm.
Cost
The Clark Sports Center will be offering free admission 8:00am to 6:00pm. All events and programs offered throughout the day will also be free.
Assumption of Risk Waiver
All guests using our facility during Community Recreation Day must have a signed Clark Sports Center Assumption of Risk Waiver Form (PDF, 290kb) on file. Youth under the age of 18 must have the form signed by a parent or guardian. Forms can also be found at the Main Desk.
Other Information
Guests should be sure to review our Code of Conduct, information concerning ettiquite and attire, view what facilities we have, learn about our history, and find directions to the Sports Center.
New Indoor High Rock Climbing Wall Grand Opening!
Time
The grand opening ceremony starts at 12:00pm and is open to the public. All members and guests are encouraged to attend. Open climbing will begin shortly after the ceremony through 6:00pm.

Health & Fitness Fair
Time
10:00am to 3:00pm.

Healthy Cooking Demos
Time
10:00am to 2:00pm.

On the front patio of the Sports Center.
Indoor Obstacle Course

Outdoor Ropes Course Event
Time
3:30pm. Sign up in advance at the Main Desk by calling us at (607) 547-2800. Ages 12+.

Free Bowling & Shoe Rental

1:00 to 5:00pm.

The Bowling Alley located in the basement area of the Sports Center.
Free Group Fitness Classes
Time
All day. A full schedule of classes will be posted soon.

The Group Fitness Studio located in the basement area of the Sports Center.
Family Fun Run
Time
Registration: 9:00am. Race starts at 10:00am.
Place
The race will take place on the grounds of the Sports Center.

The race is free for all members and non-members!

The first 200 entrants who pre-register will receive a commemorative T-shirt. Entrants registering on the day of the race will receive a T-shirt if available.
Course Description
The race is a moderately difficult course that will take place on the Sports Center grounds. The course will include elements that runners must climb over, crawl under, and run through. The race will be timed. A water stop will be placed near the half way mark and at the end. It is a rain or shine event.
Race Description
Participants will run in pairs and will relay to complete the 6 mile race. For example, Runner A completes 1 lap, Runner B completes 1 lap, Runner A completes 1 lap, Runner B completes final lap for 4 total laps (1.5 miles each lap).

Awards
Awards will be distributed to the overall winning pair and to pairs for each category after all participants have completed the race.
