The Clark Sports Center indoor facilities encompasses 64,000 square feet including a multi-use gym floor, indoor running track, racquetball courts, squash courts, bowling center, swimming and diving pools, Fitness Center with weight-lifting and cardio equipment, aerobics studio, indoor high rock climbing wall, indoor bouldering climbing wall, indoor high ropes course, and a multi-purpose conference room. We offer free WiFi in the Main Lobby and downstairs Pit Area. We have small stores that sell athletic equipment and apparel and vending machines that sell drinks and snacks in the Pit Area.

Space for basketball, volleyball, futsal (indoor soccer), floor hockey, whiffle ball, dodgeball, kickball, badminton, gymnastics, youth programing and leagues, adult leagues, and more.
100 yard banked track with soft-strike surface. 17 laps around our track equals one mile. A stretching area, soft mats, heavy bag, kickboxing, and stationary bikes are located at the four corners of the running track.
Two 40' by 20' by 20' regulation courts with glass back walls. Wallyball nets can be attached in each court. Men's, women's, and mixed co-ed leagues start in the late fall and run until the late spring. Guest racquets and balls are available.
Two 18.5' by 32' by 20' North American courts with glass back walls. Men's, women's, and mixed co-ed leagues start in the late fall and run until the late spring. Guest racquets and balls are available.
An eight lane Brunswick Bowling Center is located downstairs. Balls are supplied, and shoes are available for rent. Bumper rails are available. Leagues for men, women, coed bowlers play year-round.
The Fitness Center features 17 pieces of Bodymasters equipment, free weights, dumbbells, stationary bikes, treadmills, elliptical trainers, rower, and a Stairmaster. The Fitness Center is open during normal Sports Center hours.
A 100' long bouldering wall is located in the Gym Floor area. A 30' high belayed climbing wall is located in the Pool area. Instruction and group teambuilding exercises are available.
The 120' long Indoor Ropes Course is suspended 30' above the Pool area. It has the advantage of being able to be used year-round. Suitable for participants of all abilities levels over the age of 12.
The Aerobics Studio includes a surround sound system with a rebound floor and wrap-around mirrors. The Aerobics Studio is used for fitness classes such as Spinning, Step class, Zumba, and more.
The Pit Area is located in the basement of the Sports Center. Members and guests will find foosball, bumper pool, and table tennis games available and also vending machines that offer drinks and snacks.
Our indoor Swimming Pool features a six lane shallow lap pool 25 yards in length. Depth ranges from four and a half feet to three and a half feet. The Diving Pool features a one meter board and a thirteen feet deep pool.
A general meeting facility and Day Care room. The Conference Room is a perfect space for birthday parties and business meetings. Rental is $50.00 per three hours, with a $10 additional fee applying for each additional hour.
Outside, surrounded by Cooperstown's beautiful rolling hills, we offer 17 acres of well-maintained fields, an exciting outdoor high ropes challenge course with two zip-lines, soccer and multi-purpose fields, two softball fields, four court tennis center, and other multi-purpose fields.
The Outdoor Ropes Course is located at the southwest part of the grounds, and features 19 elements and two levels 25' and 38' from the ground, and a zip line. This one of a kind structure is suitable for participants of all ability levels over the age of 12.
Two softball fields are available at the Sports Center. Check-in is required before use. Co-ed softball leagues take place during the summer months.
Four hard tennis courts are available at the Tennis Center located at the northwest section of the grounds. An automatic ball machine, private and group lessons, youth programs, and adult leagues are available March through November.
The Outdoor Low Ropes Challenge Course elements are located in the wooded area to the east of the Sports Center main building. The course features teambuilding exercises and group problem-solving challenges that are fit for all ages and ability levels. The Low Ropes Course is only accessible by appointment
We offer many soccer and multi-purpose fields for play and practice. Check-in is required before use. A co-ed soccer league runs during the summer.
The Outdoor Hiking Trail is located on the Southwest portion of the grounds. The trail is a loop that covers 0.64miles through the woods, which starts and ends near our Maintenance Building.

The Clark Sports Center is located at 124 County Highway 52, Cooperstown, New York, 13326, one mile southeast from the center of the Village of Cooperstown.
Take Interstate 90 East to Exit 30 and follow Route 28 South directly into the Village of Cooperstown. Once into town, take a left onto Chestnut Street, and a right turn onto Susquehanna Avenue. Follow Susquehanna for about one mile. The Clark Sports Center will be on the right hand side of the road exiting the Village.
Take Interstate 88 to Duanesburg and follow Route 20 West. Turn left into Route 80 South, following the West side of Otsego Lake to the Village of Cooperstown. Turn left onto Susquehanna Avenue. Follow Susquehanna for about one mile. The Clark Sports Center will be on the right hand side of the road exiting the Village.
From Interstate 90, take Exit 30 and follow Route 28 South directly into the Village of Cooperstown. Once into town, take a left onto Chestnut Street, and a right turn onto Susquehanna Avenue. Follow Susquehanna for about one mile. The Clark Sports Center will be on the right hand side of the road exiting the Village.
Take Exit 17 off of Interstate 88 and follow Route 28 North into the Village of Cooperstown. Take a right hand turn onto Walnut Street once in town. Turn right at the end of Walnut onto Susquehanna Avenue. The Clark Sports Center will be a quarter of a mile ahead on the right hand side of the road.
The Clark Sports Center has free on-site parking available for all members and guests located behind the main building.
The Sports Center is equipped to handle the needs of the physically disabled. The designated handicapped parking area is located at the back of the building near the main entrance. A wheelchair ramp is located in front of the main entrance.
Upon entering the building, please ask for assistance at the Main Desk. An elevator is available to provide access to the lower level of the building. Locker rooms and rest room access for the physically disabled are available. Any questions or special needs considerations may be directed to the Main Desk.
