This class will help individuals perfect their swimming stroke, become more efficient in the water, and enhance their overall fitness. The class will practice doing drills, with a focus on proper mechanics. This will be excellent for athletes looking to cross-train, triathletes looking to be more comfortable and/or improve their times.
