Summer Camp BrochureThe 2016 Summer Camp Brochure is now available at the Sports Center and online. Member registration for Sports Camps will begin on Monday, May 2 at the Main Desk. Member registration for Adventure Camps will begin on Saturday, May 7 at 8:00am on the Gym Floor.

Clark Sports Center Expansion and Program UpdateUpon completion in the Fall of 2016, this $20 million project will coincide with the 125th Anniversary of the Sports Center, which first opened its doors in 1891 as The Alfred Corning Clark Gymnasium.

Clark Sports Center Staycation • Monday, April 25–Friday, April 29! Programs are available at the Clark Sports Center or join us on several day trips during the week!

Women's Spring Tennis Doubles League • Wednesdays, 5:15pm and 6:30pm, beginning May 11. Registration runs April 11–May 1, at the new Health & Fitness Desk in the Maintenance Building. $30 members, $60 non-members. The league will run until June 29 (weather permitting).

Group Fitness Spring Session 3 • Check out the new and returning classes! Our new schedule will run May 2–June 25, 2016.

Pitch, Hit & Run (rescheduled) • Monday, May 2, on the Clark Sports Center fields. Baseball and softball divisions, ages 7–14. Free! Register on the Gym Floor. All ages must report to the fields by 3:15pm. Rain date: May 9, 2016.

Outdoor Community Ropes Course • Thursday, May 5. 4:00–7:00pm. Meet in the Main Lobby. Ages 12+. Free for members, $20 for non-members. Sign up at the Main Desk.

FREE Indoor Community Movie Night (Date and Time Change!) • Friday, May 6, beginning at 8:00pm. The movie featured on the Gym Floor will be Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip (Released 2015, 92 minutes, Rated G).

2nd Annual Council Rock to Council Rock Race • Sunday, May 22. The race starts at 11:00am Council Rock Park and ends at Council Rock Brewery. Single registration: $25, Family registration: $55. Shuttles are available until 10:30am to take racers from the Brewery to the race start. Proceeds from the 2016 race will go to the Wounded Warriors Amputee Softball Team.

Waterfront Lifeguard Recertification Course • May 23 & 24, 5:00–9:00pm. $50 for members or $80 for non-members. Sign up at the Main Desk beginning Monday, May 2. Must have active/current certification to enroll in recertification course. Certification includes: CPR/AED/First Aid for the Professional Rescuer.

5th Annual BASE Race • Saturday, May 28. 5k fun run beginning at 9:15am and the competitive 10k beginning at 9:00am. Both races start and end at historic Doubleday Field and feature a course that winds through scenic Cooperstown and along the warning track of the historic ballpark.
