Basketball Training

Dates: Monday, June 26–Wednesday, July 26

Time: Mondays & Wednesdays, 7:00-9:00am

Grades: 7-12

Location: Gym Floor

Member Fee: $85

Non-Member Fee: $135

Basketball training is designed to sharpen an athlete’s current skills as well as build upon them. Athletes will work on sport specific drills as well as their general fitness/cardio to get them ready for the upcoming season. Athletes should bring a water bottle.

Football Training

Dates: Tuesday, June 27–Friday, August 18

Limit: 30

Location: Fields & Gym Floor

Football Training - Grades 3-6, Wednesdays

Time: 1:00pm–2:00pm

Session One

Dates: Monday, July 29–Friday, August 2 Time: 12:30pm–3:30pm Grades: 3-63,4,5,6

Football Training is designed for football players either currently or have aspirations of playing on a club or school football program. Each session will comprise of technique work pertaining to each skill position. This includes drills, training and conditioning, and skill focused work. This training program is designed so that pad equipment is not required, but it is recommended that participants wear their own cleats.

Little Dribblers

Dates: Wednesday, July 5–Wednesday, July 26

An introductory basketball program that covers all aspects of the game of
basketball. It will be designed to get your child ready to participate at the next
level for the following school year.

Little Hitters

Special Note: Thursdays Only

An introductory baseball program designed to enhance your child’s skills and
love for the game. We will cover every area of the game of baseball/ softball to
get them ready for little league. Gloves are required.

Little Kickers

An introductory soccer program that will advance your player’s skills and
prepare them for their upcoming season. It will focus on all aspects of the game
of soccer. Cleats and shin guards are required.

Little Rollers

Little rollers will be an introduction to bowling as well as learning how to bowl while focusing on fun and recreation.
