A way to tackle your behavior around and towards food with the ultimate goal of achieving a healthier lifestyle.

How does Nutrition Coaching Work?

People often underestimate the power that habits and emotions play when making healthy decisions about what to eat. Through nutrition coaching, those habits are identified and manipulated over time to be replaced by healthier ones. The client becomes empowered to make changes to their lifestyle by working on small, achievable goals over an extended period of time.

Rates & Fees

Initial Consult: Free
1 Month= $100.00 (1 session/week)
3 Months= $250.00

How do I sign up?

Please fill out one of our Nutrition Coaching Interest Forms (PDF, 88kb)  and email it to our Health and Wellness Coordinator, Hannah Dulovich, or drop it off at the Fitness Center Desk.

2022 Nutrition Seminars

Seminars will be held in the Meeting Room. They will be held every month and led by Clark Sports Center Health and Wellness Coordinator, Hannah Dulovich.
Tuesdays, 6:00–7:00pm | Thursdays, 11:00am-12:00pm | Saturdays 1:00-2:00pm

March 1–5: “The Supplement Debate: Protein”
March 8–12: “The Supplement Debate: The Multi”
March 15–19: “Substitutions in the Kitchen”
