Position Title: Grounds
Type of Position: Part-Time
Reports To: Grounds Supervisor & Senior Director of Facilities & Grounds
Overview
We are seeking a reliable and responsible part‑time Grounds Employee to help maintain the appearance, safety, and overall welcome of our property. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in a clean and well‑kept environment, and wants to contribute to a facility our members and guests can be proud of.
Responsibilities
- Maintain grounds including mowing, trimming, weeding, soil seed, ground repairs, maintaining parking lots and drives
- Operating basic groundskeeping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
- Reporting maintenance or safety issues as needed
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of lawn care or landscaping preferred (not required)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license

Able to meet specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Rate of Pay: $16.50/hour
