Participants must be at least 5+ years of age (5 year olds must be in Kindergarten), and members of the Clark Sports Center. Must be at least an American Red Cross level 3 swimmer. Program fees and USA Swimming fees to be paid upon registration. Team caps will be handed out at the first meet.

Varsity Group (High School Boys Only)

  • Who It’s For: Swimmers currently on the Boys Varsity Swim Team who want to continue training with the Sharks during the season.
  • Schedule: At least 1-2 Sharks practice per week, with the option to combine with varsity practices for additional training time.
  • Focus: Sharpening technique, racing strategies, and conditioning to support varsity competition while still participating in USA Swimming meets.
  • Payment Tier: Lower cost since this group practices less frequently and is intended as supplemental training.

Green & Orange Groups (Advanced & Older Swimmers)

  • Who It’s For: Experienced swimmers (typically ages 12+) ready for a high-commitment training environment.
  • Schedule: 5 practices per week, each 1.5–2 hours long.
  • Focus: Endurance building, advanced technique, race pacing, and competitive meet preparation. Swimmers are encouraged to participate in higher-level meets throughout the season.
  • Payment Tier: Higher cost due to increased pool time, advanced coaching, and competitive focus.

Blue, Purple & Red Groups (Primarily 12 & Under)

  • Who It’s For: Younger or developing swimmers (primarily 12 and under) who are still learning competitive skills and building endurance.
  • Schedule: 3–5 practices per week, with practices typically shorter than advanced groups.
  • Focus: Stroke development, teamwork, fun competition, and learning the fundamentals of racing.
  • Payment Tier: Lower-mid cost, making it the most affordable option for families while still offering strong training opportunities.
