1997 Baseball Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony

The 1997 Induction Ceremony was held on Sunday, August 3, 1997. Phil Niekro was inducted with 380 votes in his 5th year of eligibility. Charley Feeney was presented with the 1997 Ford C. Frick Award; Jimmy Dudley was awarded with the 1997 J.G. Taylor Spink Award.
